If you would like to receive email updates from 15Kv Design, including news about new sculpture, studio events and special promotions, please send us an email letting us know that you would like to be added to our contact list. To be removed from our contact list, please contact us at any time and your email address will be removed.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Order Status
We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send an email to you when your order has shipped. Please contact us if you would like to check your order status. We will respond to your inquiry promptly.
Cancellations
Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel it. If the order has not shipped, we may be able to modify the order. If you have questions, please contact us.
Payment Methods
PayPal, 15Kv Design's chosen payment processing provider, accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please contact us via email or by phone at 1.415.751.2444 if you would like to pay by check, cash or money order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping within the State of California. Please note that tax calculations are based on the current Alameda County, California tax rate of 9.75%. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Gift Options
You can choose to customize each sculpture with a personalized engraving at an additional charge. Please contact Client Services by phone at 1.415.751.2444 or by email at info at 15Kv dot com to discuss options.
Special Orders
15Kv Design may be able to create sculpture and other objects based upon your special order. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. Pricing and timing are based upon the specifications and scope of the project.
International Shipping
15Kv Design ships outside of the United States. However, international shipping rates will apply and the client is responsible for any applicable customs charges, taxes or fees.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Methods and Costs
Our standard shipping method is United States Postal Services ("USPS") Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and signature required. Express Mail is available for an additional charge. Orders will be shipped promptly.
15Kv Design will contact you with a follow-up email if the sculpture you have selected is not available for immediate shipping.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed, it will be returned to us. You will receive a 15Kv Design credit for the sculpture and taxes paid but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Policies
15Kv Design sculpture may be exchanged or returned for 15Kv Design credit (less shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of the delivery date providing that it is returned in original condition with all packaging included. 15Kv Design does not issue refunds. All sales are final.
Customized, personalized, engraved or monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
15Kv Design will only accept exchanges or returns for items that have not been altered or damaged in any way. Upon receipt of returned sculpture, 15Kv Design reserves the right to deny exchange if the artwork does not meet exchange and return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for exchanged or returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Sculpture
In the event that 15Kv Design processed an order incorrectly or you received a sculpture damaged during the shipping process, we will gladly replace that item at our expense. To arrange for replacement of your sculpture, please contact 15Kv Design Client Services by phone at 1.415.751.2444 or by email at info at 15Kv dot com.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return artwork you received as a gift that was purchased on 15Kv.com, you may exchange the item(s) for other 15Kv Design pieces of equal or lesser value. Any remaining credit may be used for a future 15Kv Design purchase or toward your shipping costs, as we do not issue refunds. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the client. Please contact Client Services for further assistance.
Refunds
15Kv Design does not issue refunds. We will accommodate exchanges or requests for 15Kv Design credit according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your exchange or 15Kv Design credit within approximately 15 days of receiving your artwork and we will send an email confirmation to you once your exchange or request for 15Kv Design credit has been processed.
